The HPP 55 system consists of an HPP chamber and a pressure-intensifier system.
High pressure processing of foodstuffs (MULTIVAC HPP) is suitable for handling vacuum packs as well as modified atmosphere packs (MAP), for which MULTIVAC has developed a unique procedure. Our portfolio includes various systems with a chamber volume of 55 to 350 liters.
